learn more about Emmanuelle

Originally from the south west of France, Emmanuelle grew up learning about good food and quality ingredients in her mother’s kitchen. Buying produce from local producers in the market and transforming them into tasty home cooked recipes became an everyday routine.

Later in life she lived in Bologna, Italy, often said to be the home of Italian cooking, absorbing another layer of exquisite food culture. When finally settled in London she expanded her horizon further and followed inspirational cooking courses, in particular one about India’s diverse regional cuisine with the two Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar.

Emmanuelle realised the importance of passing this knowledge on, especially in these times of processed food, environmental challenges and consequent health considerations.

She now shares her experience and offers interactive online courses with variety of recipes using fresh, carefully chosen seasonal ingredients.

Her principal aim is to give her students a good foundation in food culture that they will keep forever whilst enjoying sharing dishes they cooked with family and friends.
